CHARLOTTE, N.C.
Detectives in North Carolina say a police officer is accused of shoplifting from a grocery store.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Kerr Putney told a news conference Thursday that officer Samuel Yaravitz was identified as a suspect in seven shoplifting cases from a Harris Teeter between Feb. 13 and May 9.

A news release from police said CMPD began a criminal and internal investigation after getting word that that one of its officers was shoplifting at a supermarket. Evidence and information gathered during the investigation helped detectives identify Yaravitz as the suspect.

Yaravitz, who is charged with seven counts of larceny, joined the police force in June 1999. His status couldn't be determined Thursday.

I wonder if he was stealing the donuts? He definitely wasn't stealing fruits and vegetables.

Also today on Negro Nightly News:
Black grandmother gets white cop fired, after she refuses to sign a traffic ticket. She sounded like George Jefferson's mother yelling at the cop. Then as other police came over, one of them said to her,"Get the fu*k out of the car."He was forced to resign.
Meanwhile she held a presser today all full of herself exclaiming,"Treat others as you would want to be treated."
This after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct and yelling at police.Google it.
Other black news from Lesta,Starbucks said,"Everyone can come in and use the bathrooms now,at their coffee houses, whether you buy anything or not."
This, after the 2 A-A's did just that in Philly and became one of Lesta's pet projects.
Blacks win again.
